Terrible customer service.

"It is too big and the material would not keep out any water. Certainly not for swimming as advertised. I ordered the smallest size available and it was still too big. I have called several times and and sent three emails trying to figure out how to send it back. Haven’t received a reply at all. First it took several weeks to get and now I can’t get help to send it back and get a refund!"

"The PurchWear works exactly like it is supposed to. It has the dept to hold the pouch and still cover the stoma. The pouch can be on the outside of the suit, so it won't get pulled loose with swimming activities. (I had a wrap by another manufacturer, which was much to narrow, and basically, didn't work). My only complaint is that the elastic at the top is a little loose for me, and the wrap tends to slip down with swimming activities. Having that tightened would solve that problem. Otherwise, it looks good, feels good, and does the job well!"
