Return/Exchange Policy

All items in the Ready Set Go Collection are pre-sized supports, set to standardized measurements, that are available for 'exchange' within 10 days of receipt. Due to the hygienic nature of the items, returns are not accepted. Please review the following 'exchange' policy for more information.


Items are not available for return. Items are available for exchange, via a product modification, within 10 days of receipt. Item(s) past 10 days from delivery to the buyer, will not be eligible.

To initiate an exchange, please submit your information below to receive an authorization code to include with the exchange shipment.


Exchange package without a visible authorization code on the package, or received after the authorization code has expired, may not be accepted or may incur a service fee of 25% that will be due prior to any modification.

Item(s) must be clean, undamaged, and with its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including costs due for returning any soiled items without modification: 
• Exchanges- the item will be modified to match the new sizing required (example: a small wrap modified to a large, or medium belt modified to a small). Soiled items will not be modified and will be returned to buyer at the buyer's expense.

Packages for exchange should be mailed to the following mailing address, including the authorization code provided. Authorization code must be visible on the package as noted below:

Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for 'exchanging' any item(s) and for any fees associated with mailing back any unmodified soiled item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If buyers utilize their own shipping service, buyers should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the return packages are received. PouchWear is not responsible for any lost, or delayed, shipments or any incurred customs fees for international shipments.

Due to the intimate nature of the items, classified as undergarments, no replacement or return will be possible except: if an item is defective, it will be exchanged for another one of the same or, modified to function, if it is determined to have been a manufacturing defect/error. If said item is a sale item and no longer available, a credit in that amount will be applied as store credit to be used toward another product.

Please notify a representative of any issues, at support@pouchwear.com. Please do not continue to use the product. An authorization code will be provided for any items being sent in for modification. Packages returned to the facility without prior authorization or notice are subject to refusal of receipt or additional shipping fees.
